Post January 2019 auto injuries? We review and accept the majority of these cases and provide care through the entire state of Michigan and outside of Michigan should our patients relocate.

CAN I CHOSE MY CAREGIVERS: We like to do “meet and greets” with caregivers and our patients. If the patients have family and friends, they desire to provide care, we are able to hire them and have them provide care.

HOW WILL MY CARE BE PROVIDED: Based on the patient’s physician orders, we establish a detailed plan of care that is followed by caregivers. This includes daily routines, medication administration, range of motion exercises, appointment attendance and the like.

CAN I TAKE PART IN MY CARE: Absolutely! We are here for you and encourage our patients to be actively involved in their care. WILL YOU WORK WITH MY CASE MANAGER: Yes! We love Case Managers who serve such a vital role in our patient’s care. As soon as you are accepted into our care a Registered Nurse will be assigned to oversee your case. This nurse will develop a care plan and work directly with your case manager to obtain orders as needed and address any issue that may arise affecting your care. Often, we find case managers can quickly intervene on medical issues such as obtaining needed or alternate medical supplies, arranging/changing transportation services and obtaining medical orders that may be needed.
